new price for this requirement (2) offer the lowest price available
under this contractor or (3) decline the order. A delivery order
that exceeds the maximum order may be placed under the schedule
contract in accordance with FAR 8.404.

DC, Puerto Rico, US Territories and to a CONUS port or consolidation
point for orders received from overseas activities.

6. BASIC DISCOUNT: The awarded price lists of
the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract is Clean Earth Technologies,
LLC Commercial Price List dated 1/1/2006 with a negotiated basic
discount of 3.25%. For calculation of the GSA Schedule price (price
paid by customers ordering from the GSA Schedule), the contractor
should deduct the basic discount from the retail price and add the
prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discount price (Net GSA price).
Currently the IFF rate is 0.75%.
