CET is a privately held company founded in 1996 by Jeff Golden and Bob Morgan. CET is a ISO 9001:2000 certified small business headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri in a 18,000 sq ft. facility that conducts state of the art RDT&E on military C41SR and imaging systems, chemical and biological defense technologies and services as well as healthcare and life science. In addition CET has a facility in Dallas, Texas that develops cutting edge digital electronics and massively parallel computing algorithms for imaging systems. In late June 2007 CET opened its Bio Defense and Emerging Infectious Disease Preparedness Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. CET's exceptional management team has led the company to sustained growth since 1998. The multi-disciplinary technical team is lead by a highly experienced scientist and engineering professionals with backgrounds in national labs, academia, military, and Fortune 500 technology firms. |

| CET has proven success in the program management
of large multi-million dollar multidisciplinary hardware and
software programs for the DOD, in the key areas including:
optics, photonics, imaging and imaging systems, image processing,
data links and advanced communications architectures, remote
sensing, directed energy technology, microbocidal technologies,
microbial genetics and physiology, chemical and biological
warfare simulants for training and laboratory studies, and
diagnostics for projects in nuclear weapons. |
CET offers cutting edge technical
facilities that are well equipped for both research and product
development, and have specific equipment, diagnostics, and
test beds to support the design, implementation, and operability
testing of a wide range of systems. Outside of research and
technology development, CET can work closely with customers
to identify requirements and produce standards and/or protocols,
facilitate user workshops and training sessions, and write
technology assessments, training, doctrine and policy and
planning strategy documents.
